With effect from 2nd November 2018, the Forestry Commission ceased issuing its phytosanitary certificates using beige coloured, textured paper and commenced using plain style white paper. This change brought the Forestry Commission’s practice for phytosanitary certification into line with the practice of other UK Plant Health Inspectorates.
The certification statements in all the variants now reflects the wording included in the IPPC and ISPM 12.
