Breve descripción

The ordinance on plant health entered on the first of january 2020 into force and is the new swiss legislation dealing with general phytosanitary requirements concerning imports and internal controls. The ordinance is available in three languages, French, German and Italian. As the phytosanitary requirements concerning imports and internal controls are harmonized with the phytosanitary requirments of the EU, the EU Regulation 2016/2031 can be consolidated for an english version of the requirements.
