Brève description

This Regulation provides: Procedure for conducting inspection, inspection, phytosanitary examination (analyzes), repeated phytosanitary (arbitration) examination (analyzes), supervision, inspection, monitoring, decontamination of objects of regulation, registration of certificates provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Plant Quarantine”, control over the review in the part of sampling and sampling control of phytosanitary examination (analyzes); Procedure for keeping the Register of authorized phytosanitary laboratories; Procedure for keeping the Register of phytosanitary certificates issued; a list of objects of regulation for the purposes of control over the movement of the territory of Ukraine; a list of regulatory entities for import, export and re-export purposes; a list of regulated entities of any origin subject to state control based on a risk-oriented approach and the criteria for the selectivity of controls; requirements for safe packages.
