Description

This report details the programme, findings and recommendations from a regional workshop held in Chiang Rai, Thailand in February 2012 as part of the Global Review on Phytosanitary Surveillance in the Context of the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) 6: Guidelines for Surveillance. During the workshop, NPPO representatives from 17 countries across the Asia-Pacific region presented examples of their best practices in pest surveillance and shared the methods and structure of their national plant quarantine systems.
