Short Description

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 establishes uniform conditions to implement the Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament of the Council (‘EU Plant Health Law’). The lists of regulated pests for the EU are laid down in the annexes of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072: ANNEX III: List of protected zones and the respective protected zone quarantine pests and their respective codes
