Short Description

The first link is to the legislation pages on Defra"s Plant Health web-site and shows the restrictions, requirements and prohibitions for England. Similar legislation describes the requirements in Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. Separate legislation covers forest trees and timber - this can be reached using the second link.
