Short Description

Phytosanitary import requirements are laid down in the law on plant health and regulations of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to be found on www.piorin.gov.pl. They are in compliance with the EU law like, among others, Directive of European Council 2000/29/EC. EU legal acts are to be found at: http://eur-lex.europa.eu/en/index.htm.
