Short Description

Based on Commission implementing decision (EU) 2016/715 of 11 May 2016 setting out measures in respect of certain fruits originating in certain third countries to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of the harmful organism Phyllosticta citricarpa (McAlpine) Van der Aa Slovenian Port Koper has been designated for import of specified fruits. The arrangements have been prolonged by 31/03/2019 by decisions (EU) 2017/801/EU and 2018/85/EU.
