The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) Secretariat is soliciting discussion papers in preparation for the meeting of the Expert Working Group (EWG) on the Authorization of entities to perform phytosanitary action (2014-002) which will take place from 12 to 16 June 2017 in Ottawa, Canada.

The EWG will develop a draft standard according to Specification 65 on the Authorization of entities to perform phytosanitary actions (https://www.ippc.int/en/publications/82244/), which was approved by the Standards Committee in February 2016 via e-decision.

IPPC contracting parties and other interested parties are invited to submit discussion papers by 25 April 2017 to the IPPC Secretariat ([email protected]) for the EWG to consider. Thank you for your kind cooperation.
