This project aims at adapting and introducing a series of decision support tools. The tools can be used by NPPOs to map production chain associated pest risks; design and evaluate risk management options; and facilitate stakeholders’ common understanding of the phytosanitary measures that need to be applied to meet import requirements for market access.

The Beyond Compliance approach and related pest risk management decision support tools facilitate the implementation of a systems approach by:

The Beyond Compliance Tools, developed under another STDF-funded project (STDF/PG/328), provide practical support to improve pest risk management approaches to meet plant health needs in trade.
