Short Description

Biosecurity Authority of Fiji is responsible for the surveillance , treatment and containment of the Asian Subterranean Termites (AST) currently present in the country which is mainly in the western and northern parts of the Fijis main two islands Viti Levu and Vanua Levu. Emergency Declaration is in effect for management and control movement from infested areas and to further contain the AST.
