Description of the mark

Malaysian Phytosanitary Certification Assurance Scheme ( MPCA Scheme ), designed by the Crop Protection and Plant Quarantine Services Division, Department of Agriculture Peninsular Malaysia, aims at certifying premises such as farms, packing houses, collecting centers, factories, etc. which require phytosanitary certification of the produce or products before exportations.
