概观
国际植物保护公约（IPPC）由植物检疫措施委员会（CPM）执行，促进缔约方之间的合作，保护世界耕地和天然植物资源免受植物病虫害的传播和引入，同时尽量减少对国际货物和人员流动的干扰。 植检委的核心活动在其工作计划中进行明确，并通过与缔约方协商进行计划。 所有活动都以是否成功为标准，确保进展情况得以监督。国际植保公约的核心活动包括：
