Short Description

The ordinance on plant protection is the swiss legislation dealing with general phytosanitary requirements concerning imports and internal controls. The ordinance is available in three languages, French, German and Italian. As the phytosanitary requirements concerning imports and internal controls are harmonized with the phytosanitary requirments of the EU, the EU Directive 2000/29 can be consolidated for an english version of the requirements.
