The IPPC staff has facilitated the use of the Phytosanitary (plant health) Capacity Evaluation (PCE) in eight developing countries (Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Burundi, Lebanon, Lesotho, Mozambique and Oman) around the world over the past year.
