为什么非洲需要充分的植物监测能力

面对毁灭性的作物病虫害,非洲需要大力提升其植物监测能力。非洲农业上番茄斑潜蝇(Tuta absoluta )的紧急情况再次引起了关于非洲保护其当地农业生产和加强国际贸易方面的能力方面问题的讨论。并不难以得出这样的结论,更大规模层次上做好对于病虫害的准备工作是比将其交给那些以此为生计并且面对这他们并不知道的病虫害的农民更为有效的。这样,加强我们国家或者相关区域的植物保护能力将是关键。
