概述

National Plant Protection Organizations (NPPOs) require adequate, sustainable funding to establish, manage and strengthen their phytosanitary systems and fulfil their International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) obligations.

This course aims to help NPPOs understand the importance of resource mobilization and enhance their ability to mobilize funds, focusing on sustainable financing and partnerships. The course also explores various internal and external funding options for NPPOs and strategies for effectively engaging with potential partners.
