This e-learning course is part of a series created in collaboration with the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC). The course explores the reasons for national plant protection organizations (NPPOs) to exist, the principles by which they conduct their responsibilities and how they connect to international activities. In addition to exploring the institutional arrangements of an NPPO, it covers ways that an NPPO can be operated as effectively and sustainably as possible.
