جماعة عمل مفتوحة العضوية عن آلية الالتزام المحتملة للاتفاقية الدولية لوقاية النباتات 18-21/9/2007


تم عقد اجتماع جماعة العمل مفتوحة العضوية هذه لمراجعة الآليات المستخدمة من منظمات أخرى ولاستكشاف احتمالات هذه الآلية الممكنة في ظل الاتفاقية الدولية لوقاية النباتات. شارك في جماعة العمل مفتوحة العضوية حوالي 30 ممثلاً وذوي خبرة.

طورت جماعة العمل مفتوحة العضوية "مراجعة تطبيق الاتفاقية الدولية لوقاية النباتات والنظام الداعم" (IRSS)، والذي بنى على العمليات القائمة أو المعتمدة ون هيئة تدابير الصحة النباتية، وكان الهدف الرئيس تيسير وتشجيع تطبيق الاتفاقية الدولية لوقاية النباتات والمعايير الدولية لتدابير الصحة النباتية.
