Краткое описание

This is the first report of P. herbarum on Pisum sativum and Bituminaria bituminosa in Australia. Phoma herbarum has been detected in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia on lucerne, white clover, potato, fennel and Protea sp.

Bituminaria bituminosa is a new pasture crop and has only been present in Western Australia since 2008, grown from imported seeds.

Опасность
P. herbarum is generally considered a soil-borne saprobe, but capable of acting as an opportunistic pathogen.
