Short Description

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 establishes uniform conditions to implement the Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the Eurpean parliament of the Council (‘EU Plant Health Law’). The lists of regulated pests for the EU are laid down in the annexes of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072: ANNEX II: List of Union quarantine pests and their respective codes.
