Rulebook on phytosanitary requirements for wood packaging material in international trade "Official Gazette B&H" No. 60/12 " is in accordance to Commission Directive 2008/109/EC of 28 November 2008 amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community and FAO International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No.15 Guidelines for regulating wood packaging material in international trade (ISPM 15) (IPPC). Based on aforsaid Rulebook and Agreement of Cooperation between the institutions involved in the integrated border management in Bosnia and Herzegovina, PHPO and involved institutions have concluded Protocol on control of wood packaging material from the import. This protocol provides actions of competent authorities, in carrying out tasks within the field of control of wood packaging material from imports. The competent authorities referred to in this Protocol are: Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina for plant health protection, Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Federal administration for inspection affairs, Republic administration for Inspection Activities of Republic of Srpska and Inspectorate of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina
