Short Description

With effect from 1 January 2014, the NPPO of the Czech Republic shall be issuing Phytosanitary Certificate and Phytosanitary Certificate for re-export on new forms. The new stamp will also be officially applied after the above specified date.

The model of PCs and Stamp remains the same with the exemption of the name of the National Plant Protection Organisation of the Czech Republic which is changed to Central Institute for Supervisiing and Testing in Agriculture.

The issuance of the Phytosanitary Certificates and Phytosanitary Certificates for re-export on old forms will end on 31 December 2013.

The specimens of new PCs and Stamp are attached for your reference.
