2025 IPPC consultation period is now open

Consultation period: 1 July – 30 September 2025
National and regional plant protection organizations (NPPOs and RPPOs) are invited to review the draft International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPMs) and draft specifications for ISPMs. It is encouraged to prioritize reviews in that order.
NPPOs and RPPOs can submit comments via the IPPC Online Comment System (OCS).
International organizations, national plant protection services of non-IPPC Contracting Parties and other entities, can submit discussion papers on draft ISPMs to the IPPC Secretariat at [email protected].
