Breve descripción

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 establishes uniform conditions to implement the Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament of the Council (‘EU Plant Health Law’). The lists of regulated pests for the EU are laid down in the annexes of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072: ANNEX IV: List of Union regulated non-quarantine pests (‘RNQPs’) and specific plants for planting, with categories and thresholds. ANNEX V sets out measures to prevent the presence of RNQPs on specific plants for planting.
