Breve descripción

This decree is the basic phytosanitary legislation in Belgium. It is based on the EU Council Directive 2000/29/EC and contains pest lists in conformity with the annexes of this Directive. Successive amendments and corrections have been incorporated into the basic text. This can be consulted on the link indicated below with the reference number Numac 2005022636. From 14/12/2019 onwards, the lists of regulated pests and the phytosanitary import requirements are replaced by the corresponding annexes of Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072.
