Legislation on phytosanitary import requirements - Lists of harmful organisms for plants, plant products and objects under supervision are harmonized with EU legislation - Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 of 28 November 2019 establishing uniform conditions for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and the Council, as regards protective measures against pests of plants, with all amendments including Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2004 of 23 July 2024, as follow: List I.A and List II. A are harmonized with part A and part B of ANNEX II Regulation (EU) 2019/2072. List I.B and List II.B are harmonized with ANNEX III of Regulation (EU) 2019/2072. List III. A is harmonized with ANNEX VI of Regulation (EU) 2019/2072. The prohibition of introduction shall not apply to plants originating from EU Member States and CEFTA Parties. List III.B is harmonized with ANNEX IX Regulative 2019/2072. Lista IV.A.I is harmonized with ANNEX VII Regulative 2019/2072. Lista IV.A.II is harmonized with ANNEX VIII Regulative 2019/2072. Lista V.A.I is harmonized with ANNEX XIII Regulative 2019/2072. List V.A.II is harmonized with ANNEX XIV Regulative 2019/2072. List V.B.I is harmonized with ANNEX XI Regulative 2019/2072. For the plants from the List V.B.I part B originate from EU Member States and from CEFTA Parties, only documentary checks may be performed, and physical checks are performed in the case of suspected presence of a harmful organism in accordance with the risk analysis. List V.B.II is harmonized with ANNEX XII Regulative 2019/2072. List VI.1 is harmonized with ANNEX IV Regulative 2019/2072. List VI.2 is harmonized with ANNEX V Regulative 2019/2072.
