The Bureau of Plant Industry - Plant Quarantine Service is present in all major airports and seaports in the Philippines. The Plant Quarantine Stations are under the auspices of the Director of the Bureau of Plant Industry and complemented by personnel from the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Units.
