- Extensive experience in administration in the area of the agricultural and rural sector, in particular in the area of plant health, plant protection products and fertilizers - Experience in drafting and implementing legislation in the area of Plant Health, Harmful Organisms, Plant Protection Products, Pesticide Residues and Sustainable use of Pesticides. Harmonisation with EU legislation (Directive 2000/29/EC, Directive 91/414/EEC, Regulation 396/2005/EC, Directive 2002/63/EC, Regulation 1107/2009/EC, Directive 2009/128/EC and all related legislation), - Experience in the issues related to Integrated Pest management - Practical experience in preparing, coordinating and implementing national monitoring program of pesticide residues preparing and implementing survey and monitoring program of quarantine organisms; - Experience in preparing project documentation (Twinning Project Fiche, Logical Framework Matrix and Work Plan) and work on projects (Phare, CARDS and IPA, TAIEX) - Familiar with EU requirements related to development of databases, registries and data that was collected in the Phytosanitary
