Surveys of all major and non-major hosts (as defined by EPPO), including Quercus spp. and Castanea spp. within a 500-metre radius of both outbreak sites revealed no further symptoms of disease. Ongoing surveillance involves monthly inspections and testing of host plants in the demarcated zone.
