The report serves as a reference point to describe the current state of implementation of the IPPC and ISPMs by contracting parties, which should prove useful in tracking future progress and challenges as they arise. This report contains a synthesis of the IRSS outputs over the course of the first cycle of the three-year project, funded by the European Commission.
