Accreditation process

Before entering the building on the first day, persons are required to collect the building passes that identify them as participants in the CPM meeting. To collect these passes, you must enter through the visitors’ entrance.(Photo 6)

On entering the building, you must present your identification document (passport) at the window set up for this purpose, and collect the building pass. (Photo 7)

The building pass  distributed to the participants indicates the dates on which the person is allowed to access to the building (Photo 8). It is suggested to arrive half an hour before the meeting in order to complete the security checks for entering the  building and collect your building pass.

Once you have obtained your building pass, you must pass through the security checkpoint, where all personal effects are put through a machine similar to the ones used in airport security. Once this is done, you can enter through the main door to the building.

Once you have entered the building through the main door, there is an accreditation office (Photo 11) located to the left of the entry staircase (Photo 10). You must present your passport at this office in order to carry out the accreditation process

Once you have completed the accreditation process, you must go to the Plenary Room.

On meeting days, you will need to show your building pass at the security post before entering.

It is recommended not to use the building pass outside the FAO building (street, metro, bus, etc.), in order to prevent possible robberies.
