Integration & Support

Within the IPPC Secretariat the Integration and Support Team (IST) has been established to facilitate integration within the Secretariat and provide operational support to many of the cross-cutting activities. This work covers information management, communication and advocacy, planning and budgeting, national reporting obligations, dispute avoidance and settlement, and international cooperation.

To support this work a Task Force for Communication and Advocacy has also been established that consists of members from the Standard Setting Unit (SSU) the Implementation and Facilitation Unit (IFU) and the Integration and Support Team (IST). Much of this work is focused on standardizing operating procedures and integrating the work of the Secretariat in the area of Communication and Advocacy e.g. the IPPC Website, the publication of IPPC news and development of the IPPC Annual Report.
