Short Description

This Royal Decree is repealed by the Royal Decree of 22/02/2021.

The Royal Decree of 10/08/2005 was the basic phytosanitary legislation in Belgium, based on the EU Council Directive 2000/29/EC. From 14/12/2019 onwards, the lists of regulated pests and the phytosanitary import requirements are replaced by the corresponding annexes of Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072.
