SAG RESOLUTION Nº 3672/2017 That it is necessary to establish provisional phytosanitary measures immediately, to determine the current situation of the pest in the area and its behavior under local conditions to be able to redefine and execute actions according to this diagnosis, establish preventive measures to avoid or eventually eliminate the populations of it that are detected.
