Short Description

The following conditions may be described as Non-compliance under the Phytosanitary Control System:

  1. Invalid Phytosanitary certificates Reasons for rejecting a Phytosanitary certificate and/or for requesting additional information include:
  2. illegible
  3. incomplete
  4. period of validity expired or not complied with
  5. inclusion of unauthorized alterations or erasures
  6. inclusion of conflicting or inconsistent information
  7. use of wording that is inconsistent with the model
  8. certificates herein certification of prohibited products
  9. non-certified copies.

  10. Fraudulent certificates Fraudulent certificates include those:

  11. not authorized by the NPPO
  12. issued on forms not authorized by the issuing NPPO
  13. issued by persons or organizations or other entities that are not authorized by NPPO
  14. containing false or misleading information.
