Summary
  • One male and two females were found by researchers carrying out a faunistic survey for invasive pests and in particular for Drosophila suzukii along 5 Hungarian highways. The pest was found only in one of almost 50 traps deployed near to Budapest and around the Lake Balaton. A month later 2 other males of the pest were captured at the same place and again none at the other traps.
