Short Description

The object of this Law is the prevention and control of the development and spread of plant pests within Jersey and their spread to and from Jersey. Relationship with the EU Legislation (Plant Health) (Jersey) Regulations 2020[3] - Nothing in or under this Law derogates from the EU Legislation (Plant Health) (Jersey) Regulations 2020.
