Short Description

The National Plant Protection Service for Kenya (KEPHIS) was established in 1996 as a State corporation to underake all matters covered by the IPPC convention. The government deemed it fit to re-establish the Corporation under its own Act in 2012 (KEPHIS ACt. No 54, 2012). to undertake the mandate KEPHIS has established a net work of offices, and laboratories in all major production points and entry/exit points as shown below:
