Short Description

Montenegrin phytosanitary requirements regarding import of citrus fruits are prescribed by Law on plant health protection (OGM 28/06, 28/11, 48/15), Rulebook on phytosanitary measures for the prevention of introduction, spread and control of harmful organisms and on lists of harmful organisms for plants, plant products and objects under supervision ( OGM 39/11, 80/16)- in line with Directive 2000/29 with its Annexes and Rulebook on phytosanitary measures for the prevention of introduction, spread and control of harmful organism Phyllosticta citricarpa (McAlpine) Van der Aa (OGM 17/2017) in line with Commission Implementing Decision 2016/715/EU of 11 May 2016 setting out measures in respect of certain fruits originating in certain third countries to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of the harmful organism Phyllosticta citricarpa (McAlpine).
