Short Description

Import in the Netherlands complies with the European legislations: • The procedural requirements are described in the Official Control Regulation (OCR) (EU 2017/625) and adhering implementing and delegating acts. • The Plant Health Regulation (PHR) (EU 2016/2031) and adhering implementing and delegating acts, describe the Phytosanitary requirements. • For detailed information on the regulation of Plants, plant products and harmful organisms see Regulation (EU) 2019/2072. These requirements can be found on the relevant EU websites (see links below). In addition an abstract with more detailed guidance for Additional Declarations (AD) is available on the website of the Netherlands NPPO (see link below).
