عند اكتشاف حالات عدم امتثال للإرساليات النباتية المستوردة أو المصدرة، تتخذ المنظمة الوطنية لوقاية النباتات الإجراءات المناسبة وفقًا للتشريعات الوطنية والمعايير الدولية، والتي قد تشمل رفض الإرسالية أو إعادتها إلى بلد المنشأ أو معالجتها أو إتلافها، بالإضافة إلى إخطار المنظمة الوطنية لوقاية النباتات في البلد المصدر عند الاقتضاء.

When cases of non-compliance are identified in imported or exported consignments, the NPPO takes appropriate actions in accordance with national legislation and relevant ISPMs. These actions may include rejection, re-export, treatment, destruction of consignments, and notification to the NPPO of the exporting country, where appropriate.
