Short Description

Slovenia as the EU Member State implements directly regulations and decisions, which are adopted at the European Union level, while directives are transposed to the national legislation.

National laws and implementing legislation are aligned with the legislation of the European Union concerning all sectors: plant health, varieties of plants, marketing of seeds and propagating material, registration and use of plant protection products, etc.
