Short Description

An explanation of the UK Plant Health Service and its operational arrangements. The Provisional UK Common Framework on Plant Health outlines the policies to protect plant biosecurity and the commitments for Defra, the Scottish Government, the Welsh Government, the Department for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) and the Forestry Commission. Section 3 sets out the operational elements of the Framework.
