Description of the mark

Zambia has a new plant protection law called the Plant Health Act, No. 1 of 2025. The new law replaces the Plant Pests and Diseases Act, Chapter 233 of 1958 of the Laws of Zambia. The new law will come into effect once the Commencement Order is issued after review of Regulations, regulatory impact assessment and stakeholders sensitization.
