Short Description

The Plant Quarantine and Phytosanitary Service (PQPS) which is the National Plant Protection Organization of Zambia has offices at ports of entry as well as at strategic in-land points in order to ensure prevention of quarantine plant pests and their spread. PQPS has presence at 8 major land border posts and at three international airports in Zambia. Additionally, PQPS has offices at 8 in-land strategic points including the head office in Chilanga, 15km away from the capital city, Lusaka.
