CPM-18: Update on side sessions

The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) Secretariat is pleased to inform the plant health community that information on the side sessions of the 18th Session of the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM-18), is now available on the IPPC website.

Side sessions will be held on CPM orientation of country delegates, e-commerce, as well as management and prevention of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense Tropical Race 4 (TR4). During the sessions, countries will receive useful tips and guidance to enhance their understanding of the IPPC and CPM. They will also share experiences in addressing the pest risk caused by e-commerce, as well as preparedness and response to TR4 outbreaks.

Delegates attending CPM-18 can attend the sessions in person, while live streaming for some of the sessions, will be available for online participants.
