IPPC Observatory releases two studies on the analysis of IRSS and implementation of pest free area

The following studies were developed under the IPPC Observatory (formerly the Implementation Review and Support System (IRSS))

• Report on the analysis to support the transition to a sustainable Implementation Review and Support System (IRSS)
  
  This study was conducted to analyze the history of the IRSS with a view of identifying major factors to be considered when shifting the IRSS from the project management cycle to a sustainable system.

• Baseline study on the successes and challenges of implementation of pest free areas
  
  This report presents the survey findings on the successes and challenges of implementation of pest free areas (PFA). The study aimed to provide baseline data of implementation of PFA-related standards and other capacity development activities.
