Now available: English versions of specification approved and ISPMs adopted by CPM-19

The IPPC Secretariat is pleased to inform the plant health community that the Specification and the three International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPMs) approved and adopted respectively, by the Nineteenth Session of the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM) in March 2025, are now available in English.

The three ISPMs are:

• Commodity Standard 1 (International movement of fresh Mangifera indica fruit), as Annex 1 to ISPM 46 (Commodity-specific standards for phytosanitary measures);
• Annex 1 (Use of systems approaches in managing the pest risk associated with the movement of wood) to ISPM 39 (International movement of wood); and
• Diagnostic Protocol 34 (Heterobasidion annosum sensu lato) as Annex 34 to ISPM 27 (Diagnostic protocols for regulated pests).

The Specification is: Safe provision of humanitarian aid in the phytosanitary context.
