Description

The results of a 2014 combined survey conducted by the Implementation Review and Support System (IRSS) reviewing the implementation both of International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) 19, concerning guidelines on lists of regulated pests, and ISPM 17, concerning pest reporting. The objective of this survey was to gauge NPPOs’ understanding of the obligations and responsibilities described in the International Plant Protection Convention and to provide an initial input towards deeper NRO analysis of the state of IPPC reporting obligation implementation by NPPOs.
